Pricing information

Any prices or ranges mentioned on this site are indicative only and are not an offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written estimate after an on-site visit. Permit fees, utility work and third-party charges are separate unless the written estimate says otherwise.

No guaranteed results

Asphalt performance depends on weather, drainage, subgrade and use. We commit to correct materials, competent installation and honest communication. Timelines can move with Alabama weather; we will always tell you when they do.

Engagements and notice

Work is scheduled on written acceptance of an estimate. Deposits, progress payments and final payment terms are stated on the estimate. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

Content, code and creative produced for a client transfers to that client on full payment. Our own frameworks, templates and internal tooling remain ours. Content on this website may not be republished without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from platform changes outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and disputes fall to the courts of Birmingham.
